1. Service Description

ListenHub is a platform that allows users to collect and save articles they enjoy, which are then converted into podcast format using artificial intelligence technology. Our Service enables you to:

• Save articles from across the web to your ListenHub account
• Access AI-generated audio versions of your saved articles
• Organize and manage your content collection
• Listen to your articles in podcast format across various devices

2. Account Registration

2.1 To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

2.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3. User Content

3.1 By saving articles to ListenHub, you represent that you have the right to collect and save such content.

3.2 You retain any ownership rights you have in the articles you save. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Service.

3.3 You are solely responsible for the content you save to ListenHub and the consequences of saving and publishing such content.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MarsWave AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4.2 The AI-generated podcasts created from your saved articles are provided for your personal use. MarsWave AI retains rights to the AI technology and conversion process used to create these podcasts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

5.1 Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5.2 Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.

5.3 Save or attempt to convert content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5.4 Attempt to circumvent any technological measure implemented by MarsWave AI to protect the Service.

5.5 Attempt to access, search, or meta-search the Service by any means other than through our published interfaces.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference, explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

7. Subscription and Payments

7.1 ListenHub may offer both free and paid subscription options. The features available to you will depend on your subscription type.

7.2 By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

7.3 Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

8. Termination

8.1 We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

8.2 Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarsWave AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9.2 We do not guarantee that the AI-generated podcasts will be error-free, complete, or of a certain quality.

10. Modifications to the Service and Agreement

10.1 MarsWave AI reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

10.2 We may revise this Agreement from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of HongKong, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
